General:

All sales, deliveries and services are carried out exclusively on the basis of the following terms and conditions. Any deviating agreement requires our written confirmation. The purchaser’s terms and conditions of purchase are hereby expressly rejected. They shall not be binding on us even if we do not expressly object to them again at the time the contract is concluded. At the latest upon receipt of the goods, our General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be deemed accepted. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid or void, the remaining provisions shall remain binding. In place of the invalid or void provisions, the statutory regulations shall apply.

Offer and Order:

Our offers are subject to change and non-binding. Technical data, descriptions and illustrations of the goods offered in brochures and other advertising materials are non-binding. Orders shall only become binding upon us once they have been confirmed by us in writing or fulfilled by delivery. Acceptance of an order is subject to the availability of the raw materials, goods, operating resources and personnel required for its execution.

Prices:

All prices are ex works or ex warehouse and exclusive of statutory value added tax (VAT). The price list valid on the day of delivery or the prices agreed for the respective order shall apply.

Delivery:

Unless binding delivery periods have been expressly agreed by us in writing in individual cases, delivery dates are to be regarded as approximate only and will be met by us as far as possible. If the delivery period is exceeded, the purchaser shall be entitled to set a reasonable grace period in writing and, after its expiry, to withdraw from the contract by written declaration.

Delays in delivery and performance due to force majeure or events that significantly impede or render delivery impossible, for which we are not responsible,
